NEW COMPANY IS SEEKING MANUFACTURING FACILITY MECHANICS WITH TWO YEARS EXP. DIRECT HIRE. WILL NOT BE ON STAFFING AGENCY'S PAYROLL AT ALL. $28

cOMPANY SCHEDULED TO OPEN 2/20/18 AND A TWO WEEK PAID TRAINING WILL BEGIN 2/05/18.

MISSION
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on the production line, as well as any maintenance needed in the facility or equipment, in order to meet the production plan in quality and safety standards.

TASKS

" Enforce OSHA regulations.
" Observe equipment operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to solve problems.
" Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electropneumatic systems of machines in general.
" To carry out the lubricating needs on the different equipments.
" Repair or replace machine parts, using hand or electrical tools, or notify to the supervisor when corrective action is required.
" Maintain stocks of spare parts and mechanical tools.
" Set up and adjust machines and equipment.
" Partially or totally dismantle machines or equipment, following plans and catalogues for their maintenance/repair. Repair or replace defective spare parts or components of machines and equipment.
" Make adjustments and check the results of work done.
" Carry out inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results.
" Interpret technical plans and diagrams and specialist information, in accordance with standards and specifications.
" Apply technical and industrial quality standards as well as environmental and safety regulations.
" To perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on the tractor.
" To keep order and cleanliness in the workplace.




SPECIFIC TASKS:
" Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electropneumatic systems of machines in general.
" Partially or totally dismantle machines or equipment, following plans and catalogues for their maintenance/repair.
" Repair or replace defective parts or components of machines and equipment.
" Make adjustments and check the results of work done.
" Carry out inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results.
" Interpret technical plans and diagrams and specialist information, in accordance with standards and specifications.
" Apply technical quality and industrial/environmental quality and safety regulations.
" To perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on the tractor.
" To accomplish the work orders from your supervisor.
