COMPANY SCHEDULED TO OPEN 2/20/18, BUT A TWO WEEK PAID TRAINING COURSE WILL BEGIN FEBRUARY 5.

MISSION:
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, builders, assemblers, mechanics, fork lift drivers and yard spotter driver, in order to meet the production plan in quality and safety standards.
TASKS:
" Enforce OSHA regulations.
" Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production process.
" Coordinate with other supervisors operations and activities within or between departments.
" Planify and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
" Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
" To control and monitorize gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure the production.
" Conduct employee training in equipment operations and OSHA procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
" Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
" Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.
" Read, create and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
" Launch the purchase orders of materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
" Maintain operations data, such as time, production, cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.
" Collaborate with standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads.
" To keep order and cleanliness in the workplace.
" Communicate with the plant manager and subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
" Set up and adjust machines and equipment.
" To be the interlocutor with visitors such as clients, suppliers, etc.
" To be part of the SWPPP team




SPECIFIC TASKS:
" To train in fork lift in order to certificate the team.
" Organize and supervise the necessary resources, according to PRODUCTION shift planning.
" Organize and supervise the necessary resources in the warehouse area, according to material delivery and PALLET DELIVERY plans.
" Organize and supervise the necessary resources in the despatching area, according to load planning (logistics and transport plan).
" Execute and if necessary coordinate the implementation of projects within their area of work.
" Identify and propose areas for improvement.
" Correct any errors identified in the processes in their area of work.
" Supervise and coordinate the workforce.
" Coordinate the work of the different parties involved (hierarchical superiors, PLANT and subcontractors) to ensure a good workflow.
" Monitor and report the costs associated with the different processes.
" Perform administrative tasks associated with ERP (SARAH), i.E., POD.
" Produce operations monitoring reports.
" Plan the loadings and unloadings schedule.
" To carry out the daily physical inventories.
" To accomplish the work orders from your supervisor.
