Dress code is comfortable work attire: fitted denim/work pants with no holes (no sagging), solid colored t-shirts (short or long sleeved) and work boots. Polo shirts will be provided by the company. Please note that this is a refrigeration company and will be working in freezers and coolers often. Dress for the colder temperatures in layers.
Pay rate will be determined by experience and discussed in interview.

Refrigeration Service Technician Job Description
~Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration units. Diagnosis and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
~Travel to job sites in service area. Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
~Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.
~Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and washing the vehicle on a regular basis.
~Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoice at job site using computerized invoicing program. Obtain customer signature upon completion of every job. Obtain correct customer information including email address.
~Document all installed equipment upon arrival with make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
~Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's specifications, and explain to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct it.
~Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
~Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business such as new system needs, service contracts, and additional services.
Skills and Requirements
~Five to seven years of experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting refrigeration service issues.
~Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and manuals.
~Excellent customer service with desire to exceed customer service expectations.
~Ability to work independently or with others to ensure job is completed correctly the first time.
~Well groomed and neat in appearance.
~Valid driver's license, identification, and clean driving record.
~Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower if needed), carry and climb ladders, work from heights, and work in small spaces.
~Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll as required.
